No contract will exist between you andwww.laydayshop.com for the sale of products until you receive confirmation of your order in the form of a receipt confirming the details of your order. Once you have received the confirmation, there will be a legal contract between us. This site is available for your personal, non-commercial use only. The products referenced on this site are available for all countries to which we deliver.

Products

The products offered for sale are available while stocks last.
The characteristics of the products are indicated in the product sheets. However, we inform you that the images, photos, and colors may differ from the actual colors of the products due to the effect of a browser or screen.
If one or more items ordered are no longer available, you will be notified by email.
You can cancel your order and be reimbursed by credit to the bank account corresponding to the bank card used to pay for the order.

Price

For Europe, the price you pay and the prices shown on the site include VAT. For international the  price

that you pay and the prices indicated on the site do not include VAT.  The price does not include any delivery charges, as set out in the “delivery / return” paragraph. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual or company. Prices are set in the European currency Euro, and converted into the currency chosen by the customer.
The prices indicated do not include customs fees or additional costs (such as VAT for international) that may be applied by certain countries. These will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping & Deliveries

For any order placed on the site, we undertake to prepare your orders within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). We offer the following delivery methods  :

– Colissimo, Colissimo expert and Chronopost: we use these service providers for all of our deliveries.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the buyer. In his absence, a document inviting him to collect the package from the post office closest to his home will be offered to him.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address and the rates applied by country. They vary depending on your geographic area. Below are the details:

France / Andorra / Monaco

Colissimo international home delivery:
- Free shipping on purchases over 100 euros .  Below that, a flat rate of 8.90 euros including tax applies.

Chronopost relay point:
- Free delivery  from 40 euros of purchase. Below a flat rate of 4.90 euros including tax applies.

Europe 1:  Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal

Colissimo international home delivery:
-  A flat rate of 14.90 euros including tax applies. 

Chronopost relay point:
- Free shipping  from 40 euros of purchase. Below a flat rate of 5.90 euros including tax applies.

Europe 2:  Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Czech Republic, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia

Colissimo international home delivery:
-  A flat rate of 19.90 euros including tax applies. 

Chronopost relay point:

Switzerland + UK

Colissimo international home delivery:
- Free shipping on purchases over 200 euros. Below that, a flat rate of 19.90 euros excluding VAT applies.

Colissimo international home delivery:
- Free shipping on purchases over 250 euros. Below that, a flat rate of 39.90 euros excluding VAT applies. 

Rest of the world 1: United States, Canada

Colissimo international home delivery:
- Free shipping on purchases over 250 euros. Below that, a flat rate of 39.90 euros excluding VAT applies. 

Rest of the world 2 (other countries)

Colissimo international home delivery:
- Free shipping on purchases over 250 euros. Below that, a flat rate of 49.90 euros excluding VAT applies.

Countries requiring taxes other than shipping charges, such as customs and VAT, will be the responsibility of the customer. Lay Day is not responsible for any additional charges.

Golf bags are not delivered outside the European Union (except Andorra, UK and Monaco)

Lay Day offers international shipping. Each country has its own conditions as listed above.

Upon receipt of the package, the customer undertakes to check the conformity of the references received, the contents of the packages as well as the physical condition of the packages. In case of doubt and apparent damage, the customer can refuse delivery by issuing dated, signed and explicit reservations on the carrier's delivery note. If necessary, please contact our service atshop.layday@gmail.com .

We undertake to deliver the product(s) ordered to the delivery address you have provided. Please check that it is correct. Any reshipment due to an incorrect address will be at your expense. We do our best to deliver to you as quickly as possible, however we are not responsible for service delays.  Colissimo.

Delivery times

Orders shipped to France are usually delivered within 3 business days after you receive the confirmation email. Lay day  cannot be held responsible for additional delays. Delivery times to foreign countries depend on local postal services. Lay Day  cannot be held responsible for inappropriate behavior on the part of postal services.

Delayed delivery – Lost package

Colissimo is a very reliable service. However, as with any shipping, there may be a delay in delivery or the product may be lost.In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date we indicated to you in the shipping email, we will
ask you to report this delay to us by sending us an email. We will then contact the Post Office to start an investigation. An investigation at the Post Office can last up to 21 days from the start date of the investigation. If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately re-routed to your home (in the majority of cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, the Post Office considers the package as lost. It is only then that we can send you a product of
replacement, at our expense. If the product(s) ordered are no longer available at that time, we will refund you the amount of the products affected by the carrier's loss. We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times
delivery due to the carrier, particularly in the event of loss of products or strike.
The exchange or refund of the items will only be effective after the end of the postal services investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

The customer has 30 days from receipt of the order to request a return.
The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from delivery to request a refund.  or an exchange. See conditions in the paragraph below Right of withdrawal.
Products that can be exchanged must have been purchased on www.laydayshop.com and returned in their intact, unworn condition, with the original label and packaging. They must be returned within 14 days of acceptance of the request.

The item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was shipped by our services.
Lay Day will inspect all returned merchandise for damage and to ensure that the purchase originated from Lay Day.
Lay Day reserves the right not to refund the product if it is damaged.

If the return is due to our error, Lay Day will cover the return shipping costs and reship a replacement product at no cost to the customer – OR – refund the amount of the product plus all shipping costs. Lay Day has 30 days from receipt of the return to refund the customer.

If the return is due to a defective product, Lay Day  will bear the cost of return and reship a replacement product at no cost to the customer – OR – refund the amount of the product plus all shipping costs. Lay Day must have the agreement of the supplier in question before any exchange or refund.

Have you just received a product but the size doesn't fit? You can return it for an exchange, a voucher or a refund. 

- France and Monaco:  If the customer wants an exchange or a voucher, Lay Day will cover the return costs. If the customer wants a refund, Lay Day will deduct a flat rate of 9.90 euros for management costs (return costs / shipping costs).

- European Union: If the customer wants an exchange or a voucher, Lay Day will cover the return costs. If the customer wants a refund, Lay Day will deduct a flat rate of 19.90 euros for management costs (return costs / shipping costs).

- UK, Andorra and Switzerland: return at the customer's expense. Refund - shipping costs.

- International (rest of countries): return at the customer's expense. Refund - shipping costs.

Any return request must be made via the contact form or by email toshop.layday@gmail.com . For France, Monaco and the European Union, specify your wish: exchange, credit or refund.

If the return is supported by Lay Day, we will send a return label directly by email.

Taxes  due to returns outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

When returning a gift (e.g. Tote Bag) is offered during the sale, and the customer no longer meets the conditions for the gift, the customer must absolutely return the product offered. Otherwise Lay Day reserves the right to remove the value of the gift when refunding.

Refunds

If the customer wants a refund, the item(s) must be returned to us in the condition in which they were shipped, in their original packaging and unworn. Returned products will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from their
reception. Once the products have been received, checked, and accepted by our services, the refund will be equal to the price invoiced by Lay Day less any possible delivery and return costs. Except in the case of error or defect. No additional costs invoiced outside Lay Day will be refunded.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a period of 14 days to return, at his own expense, products that do not suit him. This period starts from the day of delivery of the consumer's order. Only products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice of requesting either the  reimbursement of the amounts paid, or the exchange of the product. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company Lay Day will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within  a period of 14 days from receipt of the item(s) concerned. The consumer will then be reimbursed by crediting his account  banking (secure transaction).

Applicable law

Any contract will be interpreted and assessed in accordance with French law and any dispute relating to this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
