Chronopost relay point:
- Free shipping from 40 euros of purchase . Below a flat rate of 4.90 euros including tax applies.

Europe 1: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal

- Free shipping from 200 euros of purchase. Below a flat rate of 14.90 euros including tax applies.

Chronopost relay point:
- Free shipping from 40 euros of purchase . Below a flat rate of 5.90 euros including tax applies.

Countries requiring taxes other than shipping costs, such as customs fees and VAT, will be the responsibility of the customer. Lay Day is not responsible for any additional costs.

Golf bags are not delivered outside the European Union (except Andorra and Monaco)

 

Return: satisfied, exchanged or refunded

Have you just received a product but the size does not suit you? You can return it for an exchange, voucher or refund.

- France and Monaco: If the customer wants an exchange or a voucher, Lay Day covers the return costs. If the customer wishes a refund, Lay Day will deduct a flat rate of 9.90 euros for management costs (return costs / shipping costs).

- European Union : If the customer wishes an exchange or a voucher, Lay Day covers the return costs. If the customer wishes a refund, Lay Day will deduct a flat rate of 19.90 euros for management costs (return costs / shipping costs).

- UK, Andorra and Switzerland: return at the customer's expense. Refund - shipping costs.

- International (rest of countries): return at the customer's expense. Refund - shipping costs.

If the return is handled by Lay Day, we send a return label directly by email.

Taxes due to returns outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
